Pregnancy is one of the most important time periods for any woman and it is vital that health is maintained in top-notch condition throughout pregnancy. Here are some oral health tips before, during and after pregnancy:

Before pregnancy:

After Pregnancy:

  • After pregnancy, it is vital that you maintain proper oral hygiene and keep up your regular dental visits.
  • Also, this would also be a suitable time to eat healthily and maintain a proper diet to maintain your weight. Check with your doctor on the type of food that you can have depending on your medical history.
